1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers of LevelUp Club™ have the right to request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
LevelUp Club™ reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sale items (where specified)
- Hygiene-sensitive goods that have been opened or used

To initiate a return:
